My Story

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with this one precious and wild life?"

​This quote has always resonated with me, but for years—even decades—its beautiful words felt out of reach. For much of my life, I struggled with debilitating issues - gut and skin problems, thyroid imbalances, hormonal shifts, depression, anxiety, brain fog, severe fatigue, and a lingering sense of feeling “off.” Outwardly I looked fine, but inside I was discouraged and unwell. Then one day, my immune system simply shut down and I ended up in hospital. Despite my symptoms, all the tests came back normal, leaving the doctors at a loss.​​​​​​​

​​​That wake-up call, over 20 years ago, pushed me to finally begin paying attention to my body, which had been screaming, 'Enough!'  I realized I had been ignoring its limits, constantly pushing it past capacity.  Though my health issues didn’t vanish overnight, that moment marked a turning point.  That is when I decided to start taking responsibility for my wellbeing and start listening to my intuition. So began my journey to heal. I realized that without good health, I couldn’t pursue my dreams or imagine what I wanted for my 'one precious and wild life'.​​

As I began to tune into my body, I made gradual changes to my diet and lifestyle.  This journey led me to a profound realization: the mind and body are deeply connected, with the nervous system at the heart of this beautiful, delicate balance.  After years of research and trial and error, I was able to heal my gut and skin issues naturally, restore hormonal balance, and truly feel well again.  I regained my zest for life and began to dream once more.

Many times throughout my life, I felt betrayed by my body. I told myself to just push through, even though deep down I sensed that healing and a vibrant life were possible.  Now, I know they are.  This is my hope for everyone around me—not only because I want every woman I meet to enjoy vibrant health, but because the world needs you to show up as your most alive and wonderful self.  That is how I believe you can best serve those around you and fulfil your dreams and purpose.​​​

My personal journey inspired me to qualify as a holistic health and wellness coach. I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied under some of the world's leading health and wellness experts, learned innovative coaching techniques and effective lifestyle management strategies. Today, I help busy women regain control of their health and empower them to achieve the vibrant life they desire and deserve.

I do this by creating personalized programs that address their unique needs, using a multi-dimensional approach to support their overall wellbeing.
